My Review:

This is a strange little fella. It has a black tint from “detox plant charcoal” to ensure you get good coverage but it dries down clear (on me). It doesn’t have cast but it does sting my eyes which is very annoying! This stuff is also VERY water resistant and I still feel it at the end of the day. Minus the eye sting, this is wonderful.
