My Review:
Well one thing is true, this is MATTE… but not drying. The formula is also very heavy, difficult to rub in, and gives a slight cast (unsurprising given the filters and the silica). My nose was also fairly oily at the end of the day, so it’s not super matte. Not terrible at all, but not my favorite.
