My Review:
Well, you can’t win them all. Tizo has some really nice products but unfortunately this is not one of them. The moment I see “mineral sunscreen primer” and “water resistant,” I run for the hills. For the most part, these products are dry, casty, and unpleasant to apply. This was no exception. Luckily this is a matte sunscreen so I do think that makeup would work well on top of this, but only give it a try if you’re lighter.
My Rating: 1/3
